Born a coal miner's granddaughter in Charleston West Virginia and raised in San Diego, California, Melissa knew she loved jewelry by the time she was 5. At 16 she got her first job in fashion jewelry and she hasn’t stopped since.

Melissa’s creativity comes from a deep understanding of people and what makes people happy. Her inspirations come from her world travels, simple moments, a shape or color and life’s rich moments.
